Logistics And Command Center Analyst

**Role Purpose**:
The position will have close interaction serving the LATAM, NAMER, Australia and New Zealand regions, through air cargo recoveries and fiscal travel closures for DGF DHL Costa Rica.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage and correct orders with incorrect or missing information.
- Attend and notify urgent orders sent to the field.
- Manage dispatch calls requesting updates for all outbound orders.
- Manage the report of orders in transit.
- Notify the team of receipt of pending orders in SU.
- Coordinate a contact to receive an order in process.
- Supervise held orders.
- Manage cancellation orders obtaining comments from the country/dispatch and confirming to the country/dispatch.
- Manage customer shipping, pickup, return report with all countries including per order details.
- Manage large orders obtaining feedback from the countries involved.

**Skills / Requirements**:

- Secondary Education Certificate
- Must be fluent in English and Portuguese language (written and verbal communication) and able to demonstrate abilities.
- Intermediate use of Excel.
- Availability of hours to work.
