Logic Design Engineering Manager

**Qualifications**:** Minimum qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree on Electrical engineering, Computer engineering or related
- 3+ years of experience in Logic Design, RTL design, SoC design or ASIC design
- At least 2 years of experience as a Team Manager or Team Lead.
- Advanced English level
- Costa Rican unrestricted work permit.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Master degree on Electrical engineering, Computer engineering or related
- Familiar with Synopsys tools

This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site. **In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate business needs.**
