**WHAT YOU WILL DO?**
- Interact with potential borrowers to guide them through the documentation requirements and answer questions regarding income verification
- Obtain and evaluate information and documents for authenticity and accuracy
**ABOUT YOU**:
- You enjoy talking to people on the phone
- You are passionate about customer service and delivering a quality customer experience
- Self-motivated and target driven with a history of exceeding company targets
- You are open to coaching/feedback and have a desire to grow and drive your career forward
**REQUIREMENTS**:
- English Proficiency minimum of CEFR B2
- Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment
- Must be able to work full-time from office
