Job Summary:
**Responsibilities**:

- Review and evaluate client's financial documents (bank statements, pay stubs, award letters) and research financial history.
- Calculate income for Underwriting submission
- Adhere to work schedule, assigned daily duties, and work activities.
- Attend all mandatory training and meetings
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements

Skills and Experience:

- English - Spanish Language (Oral and writing 80 % or higher), (B2+ or above).
- The resource will work on a flexible schedule.
Within our Hours of Operations
- Must be available to work on weekends.
- Must have a high school diploma.
- A genuine interest in working with and helping customers.
- Must be detail oriented.
- Demonstrated experience in providing high levels of customer satisfaction in the back office field.
- Good presentation and a polite, tactful and friendly character.
