Job Summary:**Responsibilities**:- Review and evaluate client's financial documents (bank statements, pay stubs, award letters) and research financial history.- Calculate income for Underwriting submissionAdhere to work schedule, assigned daily duties, and work activities.- Attend all mandatory training and meetings- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.Skills and Experience:- English - Spanish Language (Oral and writing 80 % or higher), (B2+ or above).- The resource will work on a flexible schedule. Within our Hours of Operations- Must be available to work on weekends.- Must have a high school diploma.- A genuine interest in working with and helping customers.- Must be detail oriented.- Demonstrated experience in providing high levels of customer satisfaction in the back office field.- Good presentation and a polite, tactful and friendly character.
