- 48Join our global TUI Musement Team in San Jose, Costa Rica as a Loading Agent.Your mission will be to work on the all bookings in our asterix system and performing the complete cycle of invoicing so that the finance team performs its management of collection to the TTOO and payment to suppliers.

**ABOUT YOU**
- An experienced individual in tourism business. Someone with strong knowledge and understanding of the Specialist Business area ( groups, roundtrips, fly & drive,.. )
- Excellent quotation skills & managing costs, Microsoft Office 365 knowledge
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in Spanish & English

**ABOUT THE JOB**
- Loading reservations to Asterix for all executives, for pre-closing & billing closing
- Control and Billing of reservations
- Accounting support in difference issues (invoices vrs systems)
- Creation of contract in systems, creation of services and modalities, charge of rates, allotments, realese, minimum number of passengers, pick-up charge, calculation of rates and data verification based on the contract signed by product.
- Creation of contract in systems, creation of routes, types of vehicles, charging of rates, loading of pick up, calculation of rates and data verification based on the contract signed by product. for SJO office use.
- System-level support to the San José & Guanacaste teams (updates, requests and doubts)
- Creation of the contract in systems, loading of rates, allotments, Release, stop sale, food, special dinners, types of rooms, types of markets (1 contract for each type), calculation of rates and data verification based on the contract signed per product.
