The LMS Business Analyst will provide project management support and operations support to the Moody's Learning Organization.
This role handles the learning technology roadmap activities and keep all internal customers abreast of status updates.
This person will collaborate with the LMS Manager, Learning customers, and IT teams across multiple levels in the organization.
This role will support a fast-paced learning organization and will work effectively and efficiently while producing excellent quality work.

**Responsibilities**:
- Lead multiple concurrent large-scale learning technology implementation projects in all phases of the development and implementation process, ensuring essential procedures are followed.
- Document and track all work between partner systems & development teams and ensure timelines & targets are met in all project phases - the ability to work across multiple functions is critical.
- Keep communication channels (status updates, slack channel) open to end-users, content admins, and larger learning teams.
- Work directly with internal teams and external partners to solve technical issues, build reports, implement enhancement releases.
- Provide technical/functional assistance to learners by answering inquiries and providing immediate resolution or careful redirection of blocking issue within SLA, when needed.
- Understand and articulate system requirements and constraints; maintain documentation, templates, and best processes while working through a case management system, JIRA.
- Previous experience (2+ years) in learning, general human resources preferred.
- Experience working with Cornerstone or Learning Management system.
- Ability to deliver excellent customer care using critical thinking, problem solving, and judgment skills.
- Service-oriented demeanor and willingness to learn with a positive attitude.

For Colorado-based roles only: the anticipated base salary range for this position is $75,500 to $109,400, depending on factors such as experience, education, level, skills, and location.
This range is based on a full-time position.
In addition to base salary, this role is eligible for annual performance incentive compensation.
