**Job Description**:
Effectively manage the licenses of employees through the licensing management platform
Create or maintain standard operating procedures to help employees understand the steps to obtain or renew their licenses
Reach out to the applicable Department of Insurance if there are questions or issues with an employee's license
Schedule testing and continuing education for employees
Collaborate with employees and leadership to ensure the process is clear and they feel supported
**Qualifications**:
High School diploma (required)
2 years of experience in support positions for multinational organizations in contact center environments
Data entry or administrative assistant experience (required)
Advanced English (verbal and written) (required)
Experience working in a fast-paced environment
Fast learner who is detail-oriented
Ability to explain complex or technical concepts using simple language to meet the needs of diverse audiences
Aptitude for quick comprehension of assignments, determination, and prioritization of workloads, and commitment to meeting strict deadlines.
Demonstrates flexibility and responds positively to change
