**Job Purpose**:
The Legal Operations Specialist role has responsibility for the implementation and operational support end-to-end processes, systems and services related to Legal Operations Globally. This includes coordination of activities to ensure that business objectives are achieved, liaison with management, assist in the development of systems and process improvement solutions for the legal and compliance organization globally.
- Responsible for documenting, maintaining, updating, publishing department procedures and processes, and creating training as required for each.
- This position is also responsible for helping to develop and execute training plans for new systems, procedures, and updates to current systems, and statistical reporting for each.
- Interaction with IT and Legal & Compliance system providers is required to ensure all issues are resolved, new systems, policies and updates to current systems, and statistical reporting for each.
**Responsibilities**:
- Support Legal & Compliance Projects including helping to ensure deliverables meet timeline commitments, communications on progress, escalation of issues to Legal Operations and Legal & Compliance leadership. 25%
- Support the development and maintenance of legal and compliance advanced dashboards and analytics capabilities leveraging data from the systems that the Legal and Compliance organization relies on. 15%
- Support the execution of a technology roadmap and support Legal technology initiatives such as matter management, compliance management, and Workflow automation systems. 20%
- Develop and support communications that promote collaboration and knowledge sharing across the organization (e.g. centralized resources, processes, memos, and best practices. 15%
- Help execute the strategy for the Legal Ops team, including annual goals, objectives, key results, and other metrics. 15%
- Additional duties as assigned.

**Knowledge, Skills, and Experience**:
- >1 to 3 Years of relevant work experience
- Bachelor's degree required
- Experience with workflow automation a plus
- Understanding of how to read and analyze data using standard data analytics tools
- Ability to learn low-code/no-code workflow automation tools quickly
- Project and Change Management skills a plus
- Able to execute instructions and to request clarification when needed.
