JobDescription:
Draft,review, coordinate, manage and advise on a wide range of generalcommercial contracts (e.g.
sales and purchase agreements, vendoragreements, distribution agreements and purchase order terms andconditions).
Provideprofessional legal advice to various business team.
Provideslegal opinion and possible solutions to the actual and potentialdisputes.
Assistwith Legal department to implement compliance programs to complywith the law and regulations as well as the head office policies andprocedures.
Responsiblefor contracts file and contracts security.
Communicatewith outside layer and report to headquarter legal head.
SkillsRequired:
Personalintegrity and excellent communication skills.
Both orally andwriting.
Wellorganized and methodical and thorough approach to work.
Demonstratedability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive issues.
Computerskill (e.g.
Word, Excel and Powerpoint)
