The **Intake Specialist** at **Eagan Immigration** plays a vital role in gathering initial information from potential clients to accurately screen for potential case viability and success avenues. The Intake Specialist precisely follows a script in these initial conversations, has excellent attention to detail, and is diligent in follow up internally and externally. This role also begins to build a relationship with the potential clients to instill confidence in the Eagan process and provides top-notch customer service experience. This position may assist with other aspects of the potential client stage of the pipeline, and/or other projects as assigned.

Eagan Immigration is a US-based law firm dedicated to helping our clients explore their immigration options, create a plan for their case and obtain the immigration benefit for which they qualify. We care about our clients and their families and aim to support them at each stage of their immigration journey.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct initial intake screening calls with potential clients to gather information for consultation review; keep meticulous and detailed notes on conversation, quickly and efficiently sharing information internally. Upload all intake information to client profiles.
- Track calendar appointments and client communications.
- Communicate regularly with Consultations Attorney and other legal teammates for questions or training updates.
- Document KPIs and other tracking information for team.
- Respond to all MyCase messages the same day they are received.
- Leverage training from legal team to draw out essential information.
- Provide impeccable customer service to potential.

**Requirements**:

- College degree from Social Sciences such as: sociology, anthropology, social work, social communications, political sciences, psychology. Professional english interpreters are also considered.
- Fully bilingual (minimum B2+)
- Previous experience in customer service or client relationship management in a professional services environment.
- MS Office savvy.
- Ability to work on a hybrid mode 2 days WFO + 3 days WFH.
- Access to reliable internet speed of at least 50 to 100 MB
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Flexibility and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to adhere to the company values of compassion, innovation, communication, and commitment.
- Some flexibility in hours may be required.
