Provide support to Law Firms based in the USA.
1.
Must collect, examine, organize evidence and other legal documents for attorney review and case preparation.
2.
Draft and proofread correspondence and legal documents, such as pleadings and contracts.
3.
Research regulations, laws, and legal articles to assist with the preparation of reports, case files, and legal advice.
4.
Resolve issues for clients and provide a professional customer service experience.
5.
Communicate with clients and witnesses to schedule meetings, interviews, and depositions.
6.
Manage, organize, and maintain documents in paper or electronic filing systems.
7.
Provide general administrative assistance, such as maintaining the attorney calendar and making travel arrangements, attending clients phone calls and handle projects, provide ideas to improve project assigned.

**Requisitos**:
English Level B2+ High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.Law student beginner(preferred) or experience in working for law firms as legal assistant.
(at least 6 months min)Experience working with US Law Firms (a plus)American Visa (a plus)Detail-oriented and highly organizedExcellent verbal and written communication skills and professional demeanorStrong knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and OutlookAbility to work independently, manage large workloads, and follow instructions provided by attorneys.
