**Learning Project Analyst & Scrum Master**
The Learning Project Analyst & Scrum Master role will report into the Learning Project Management & Business Process Lead, which is part of the People Services Learning, Leadership & Capabilities Product Owner organization.
This role will work with the Learning COE and the People Services Learning team to evaluate, plan, and deliver core learning outcomes on time and within scope.
**What You'll Do for Us**
- You will actively work with the Learning COE, Learning Platforms, Learning Operations, Delivery Managers, Subject Matter Experts, Domain & Functional leads, and business stakeholders to support the delivery of learning programs through the design of optimal networked E2E processes and roadmap management.
- Identify and escalate risks and issues.
Perform risk analysis regarding new and existing processes and leading necessary actions using the network for mitigation.
- Organize the team's work to drive deliverables in line with established objectives and key results.
Assist with oversight and coordinating budgets and milestones.
- Create process models, specifications, diagrams, and flow charts to provide direction to the cross functional team and to build change management and communication plans.
- Utilize company data and current performance to resolve business issues and identify growth opportunities in the most effective and productive manner.
- Analyze and document business processes and metrics and identify improvement opportunities.
- Work with Networked Organization to identify and execute process improvement opportunities balancing both end-user and operations perspectives to drive overall value
- Act as the learning scrum master when required to help the team work more effectively by skillfully removing obstacles and distractions that may impede the team from meeting goals.
Coordinate and communicate the team's overall progress to achieve organizational priorities within the requested deadlines.
Show and communicate status of detailed tasks that roll-up to milestones.
Will participate in cross-functional work routines and will document sprint planning and other project-related needs.
**Qualification & Requirements**
- 2+ years' experience in a corporate environment with process analyst/improvement role and/or experience in project coordination/management and/or reporting role.
- B.S or B.A degree in Business Administration, Management, Project Management, Human Resources, or related field.
- Experience in learning enablement/delivery services is a plus.
- Experience in HR services processes is a plus (e.g.
Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, My Rewards, etc.)
- Experience in systems reporting, MS Excel fluency or experience with Power Automate tools or Power BI is a plus.
- Ability to work with cross functional teams and with other business/technology groups within an organization.
- Ability to adjust to changes and set priorities to meet deadlines.
- Demonstrates comfort in a fast-paced, delivery execution environment where priorities shift frequently.
- Ability to communicate effectively with various levels of personnel (developers, business teams, management).
- Proven ability to lead through others and to drive delivery teams to execute.
- Passionate with an aptitude to quickly learn new and emerging technologies.
- Understanding of project management concepts and techniques
- Passionate with an aptitude to quickly learn new and emerging technologies.
- Self-starter willing to jump into difficult situations.
- Experience leading projects using Agile or Scrum methodology.
Certified Scrum Master preferred or should be obtained within first 3 months in role.
