- Stay current on new learning approaches, technology and tools through continuous research to ensure our solutions deliver innovation.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of team templates, learning models and overall best practices.
- Publishing materials and reporting utilizing Amazon's Learning Management system.
Job summary
Amazon is looking for a customer-obsessed, driven, creative and tech savvy learning experience designer to perform design, analysis, development and maintenance of learning content aimed to equip Amazon employees with HR process and systems knowledge.
This includes elearning development, performance support and just-in-time content, instructor-led course materials, and knowledge management solutions.
The role requires an individual who can innovate, move quickly, and not be constrained by how things have been done before.

Key job responsibilities
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (graphics/visual design, education, or instructional design).
- Familiarity with Adobe Suite.
- 2+ years of experience in instructional design and developing learning content.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate difficult concepts and processes using clear and simple language and visuals.
- Able to prioritize in complex, fast-paced work environment.
- Problem-solving skills with the ability to exercise integrity and sound judgment in complex and ambiguous situations.
- Understanding of SCORM APIs and xAPIs for LMS interaction
- Excellent organizational, collaboration and interpersonal skills
- Strong self-directed project management skills, with a good ability to work independently
