Learning & Development Specialist

What this Job Involves?

**Job Summary**: As a key member of the JLL Business Services (JBS) team, the purpose of this role is to ensure robust employee upskilling and development through targeted learning experiences for all JBS employees working closely with the HR Learning and Development team. A key part of this role includes facilitating learning programs, aligning the JBS learning strategy with the global L&D plan to ensure a consistent offering of our programs and products

**Key Accountabilities**:
Supports the end-to-end execution of employee upskilling working closely with centre leaders on upskilling needs.
Facilitate programs on a cyclical and ongoing basis.
Ensure that all programs are up to date and relevant, meets the needs of the business and addresses the skills gaps.
Work with L&D to ensure that learning needs analyses with business stakeholders are conducted annually.
Support upskill the domain trainers and manage the JBS train the trainer program
Work with the business to engage, excite and motivate learners to learn and embed these new skills in their work
Monitor & track performance metrics, leverage learning analytics to draw connections and make appropriate adjustments or recommendations
Work with L&D to sharing best practices and utilizing available content, resources, and technology to meet business needs
Work with L&D to ensure alignment of training as well as meeting business needs.
Uses digital learning systems to track, monitor and drive usage - including regulatory or compilatory metrics needed within the country
Works in partnership with the HR teams to deliver quality learning experiences that grow the business
Ensures learning products are developed and delivered within the business line that meets the needs of JBS.

**Facilitation**: 90%

**Operational / Planning**: 10%

**Sounds like you? To apply, you need to have**:
1. Training experience (+2 years) is required
2. Well versed in conducting in person classroom and virtual training
3. Skilled in creation of modules, curriculum and training materials
4. Passion for learning and sharing learning with others
5. Experience in multi-national teams is a plus
