**Core Responsibilities**
- Responsible for learning management system for SP&D courses to include course set up, registration, tracking, completions and reporting (use of Cornerstone, excel and Powerpoint)
- Support sales development team members in the building of self-paced learning using Articulate Rise, Camtasia, and AI tools.
- Design and update Seismic and Sharepoint page content for Sales Development internal pages.
- Act as Webinar producer for BU product learning events (set up, record, edit, load into Cornerstone). Will be exposed to product and sales learning for the NA Sales team - great learning and networking opportunity.
- For complex multi-day programs such as Sales Onboarding, schedules participants and sessions.
- Coordinate and manage of learning surveys and reporting (Cornerstone, SurveyMonkey, Teams, Powerpoint)
- Assist with analytics and reporting to show the change in behavior and business impact of SP&D programs (eg meeting dominant goals, and program ROI). Incorporate external benchmark data.
- Creates the workflow process to be followed in new course coordination including vendor and internally developed course material sources, facility requirements, pre-work packages, audiovisual equipment, computer lab or projection equipment, classroom materials, and aids.

**Qualifications**:

- 3 - 5 years experience in similar role, function or responsibilities
- Experience with learning tools such as Cornerstone, Lessonly, Seismic, Articulate Rise, Camtasia and following brand design guidelines.
- Strong technical skills: MS Office, particularly with Excel analysis tools and Powerpoint presentations including charts that tell a story. Seismic and MS Teams
- Great individual accountability, resourcefulness and collaborator. Resourceful: takes initiative to find resources, knowledge and to network to get things done effectively.
- Commercial acumen - curiosity to understand how the business operates and motivation to help the organization achieve commercial success.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and maintain high productivity.
- Great attention to accuracy: seeks to understand and confirm data, analytics or reporting accuracy. Good English writing skills and editing.
- Enjoys new technology and process improvement to increase productivity and team results.
- Growth mindset: seeks learning opportunities, takes on new behaviors, seeks feedback, supports others in their development. We will help develop and stretch you!
- Proven previous job stability, including maintaining long-term work relationships with former employers
- Must be able to clear the company's pre-employment screening
