The HR Service Administrator is an integral part of IBM and HR.

**Your Role and Responsibilities**
As a Learning Admin, you'll be able to do the following tasks/functions:

- Responding to and resolving client concerns regarding the Learning Management System (LMS).
- Resolving client queries, they will be expected to perform routine maintenance and update LMS content.
- Provides support by troubleshooting issues for employees accessing the tool.
- Mastery in the usage of the Learning Management System.
- Good English communication skills to participate in calls, present to the client, and participate in process discussions.
- Ability to manage multiple, diverse priorities under time pressure to meet critical customer deadlines
- Ability to pre-empt potential issues and reprioritize work to meet ever-changing needs of customers, both internal and external; proactively follows up with key customers on resolution and action plans
- Proven interpersonal skills while contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Responsible for updating tracking documents to provide progress and blockers visibility to Leadership.
- Ensure the received request have all the necessary details to proceed with it.
**Required Technical and Professional Expertise**:

- SAP knowledge
- 2 years of Customer Service experience
- Intermediate to advanced Excel
- Good English communication skills to participate in calls, present to the client, and participate in process discussions.
- Ability to manage multiple, diverse priorities under time pressure to meet critical customer deadlines
- Ability to per-empt potential issues and re prioritize work to meet ever-changing needs of customers, both internal and external; proactively follows up with key customers on resolution and action plans
- Proven interpersonal skills while contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
**Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise**:

- College Education
- Portuguese
