**Responsibilities**:
- Plan, organize, and execute Kaizen events.
Ensure full and timely closure of Kaizen event action list(s).
- Assist to cell Daily Management meetings.
- Train other staff in Lean systems (White belt) and tools.
Training to be completed primarily by real practical projects / Kaizen events in conjunction with theoretical learning.
- Track, execute, and take accountability for continuous improvement savings and results.
Propose medium impact savings projects ($10 - $50k annually).
- Collaborate with manufacturing areas to ensure that Lean is used in a manner that supports and enhances other company programs and systems, such as the Quality System, Theory of Constraints, Capacity Model, safety programs, etc.
Propose problem solving / troubleshooting sessions related to issues in productivity, downtime, equipment and scrap.
- Pareto the scrap and work with the cell team to develop action plans to reduce and/or eliminate the scrap.
- Support the GROWTTH's Manager's and other company's personnel in continuous improvement efforts to improve processes, line flow, line balance, equipment, etc.
- Communicate effectively with manufacturing and management regarding lean initiatives and results.
**Qualifications**:
- Experience in a manufacturing environment, Pharmaceutical or Medical devices companies is a plus.
- Industrial Engineering Bachelor Degree, or Other Technical Degree.
(70% or superior of the career completed) or equivalent.
- Lean Systems/Six Sigma Green Belt trained (certified is a plus)
- Knowledge of Medical devices companies is a plus
- Demonstrable knowledge of Lean Manufacturing tools and Kaizen methodology (Standard Work, VSM, Lean Admin, 5S, SMED, SWIP, TPM, Six Sigma)
- Intermediate skills in MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
- English level: fluent (B2).
