**Position Summary**
**Straumann CareStack** is an award-winning cloud-based practice management software trusted by **over 1,500 dental practices** to streamline their operations.
**Responsibilities**:
- Lead Generation:
- Utilize a diverse range of channels, including online research, social media platforms, and industry databases, to identify potential leads.
- Develop and implement robust lead generation strategies to expand our client base.
- Collaborate closely with marketing and sales teams to optimize lead generation efforts and achieve organizational targets.
- Prospecting and Qualification:
- Conduct outbound calls to engage leads and assess their fit based on predetermined criteria.
- Gather relevant information about prospects' needs, pain points, and decision-making processes.
- Maintain meticulous records of lead interactions within our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
- Relationship Building:
- Cultivate rapport and establish meaningful connections with prospects through effective communication and active listening.
- Educate prospects about our suite of products and services, addressing any inquiries or concerns they may have.
- Implement strategic follow-up procedures to maintain engagement and guide leads through the sales pipeline.
- Sales Support:
- Collaborate seamlessly with our sales team to schedule appointments, product demonstrations, or meetings with qualified leads.
- Provide valuable insights and feedback derived from prospect interactions, contributing to the refinement of sales strategies and messaging.
- Assist in creating and enhancing scripts, templates, and sales collateral for outbound communication.
- Performance Tracking and Reporting:
- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics, including call volume, lead conversion rates, and overall effectiveness.
- Use data-driven insights to enhance performance, celebrate successes, and address areas for improvement.
**Minimum Qualifications**
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Proven experience in lead generation, prospecting, or related roles.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and meticulous record-keeping.
- Ability to build strong relationships and engage effectively with diverse audiences.
- Analytical mindset with a keen eye for performance metrics.
**Preferred Qualifications**
- Fluency in English language (spoken & written)
