Expatriate assignments and sponsorship for employment visas, even on a time-limited visa status, will not be rewarded.QualificationsMinimum Qualifications:High School Diploma or equivalent secondary school leaving certificateA minimum of 2-3 years of previous work experience in airport operationsPublic contact / customer service experienceProven track record of reliabilityProfessional image and appearanceStrong communication skillsConflict resolution and decision making, with the ability to leadMust be fluent in English and Spanish (written and spoken)Flexible approach to work standards and dutiesReliable, punctual attendance is an essential function of the positionMust be able to work any shift/any day including holidays, weekends and/or nights in a 24-hour operationAttendance is required at work locationMust be able to live and work in Costa Rica without visa sponsorship or supportSuccessful completion of interview required to meet job qualificationPreferred Qualifications:Bachelor's DegreeInternational GSC qualifiedWorking knowledge of the region
