Latin America and Caribbean Solutions Operations Project Analyst

**Job Description**:
Solutions Operations is the operations organization in the Greenlake BU executing the Order to cash process for Greenlake and A&PS.
The organization is booking the orders, engaging delivery and issuing the invoices to our customers.
Reporting to the LAC Solutions Operations Manager, the LAC Project Analyst will be responsible of administrating both Greenlake and A&PS complex projects and ensuring to perform a best in class service to both team members as well as partners and simultaneously ensure to achieve and exceed every metric in place.
You will be working with existing value stream maps, to identify process gaps and improve the overall operational environment, drive process adherence and process changes, where required.
You will need to be able to operate both strategically (defining the improvement strategy and plan and working with executives) and tactically (leading or contributing to continuous improvement initiatives and

**Key responsibilities**:

- Increased Compliance, Improved Business Predictability and Early Warning of margin erosion / fluctuation.
- Increasing Winning point of deal for Sales, Pricing simulation of various deal scenarios for Pursuit / OC to improve margin, Sales Productivity & Compliant Order Acceptance.
- Provide Consultancy in the presales phase on deal structure for various processes to ensure legal, financial and compliance aspects are covered and to ensure accelerated order booking and revenue recognition.
- Analyze project financials in-depth and come up with recommendations for preventive actions to avoid de-bookings and margin erosion.
- Execute Project Controlling activities to ensure project health across all business relevant topics (e.g.
presales costs, risk, data quality and accuracy, financials (margin, costs, orders, revenues, project closure, etc.)
- First point of contact for sales pursuit and delivery for all operations aspects.
**_ Education and Experience Required: _**
- Bachelor's or equivalent career and degree.
- Typically, 4-6 years' experience.
- Ideally with knowledge and experience within the IT industry.
**Knowledge and skills**
- Strong policy, procedure, compliance and order acceptance knowledge for order booking and invoicing.
- Important to have finance and accounting experience and expertise.
- Advanced business knowledge & business acumen.
- Ability to analyze contracts/formal agreements to understand and correct set up project.
- Ability to work in a fast paced and ever-changing environment.
- Ability to work collaboratively and proactively with team members and business partners, including Business Operations, Sales, Pursuit, Delivery, Q2C and Corporate Functions.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Highly Skilled in Microsoft Office Tools (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Advanced expertise in SAP and Salesforce.
- Fluent in English and Spanish language (verbal and written), Portuguese is a plus.
- Detail oriented and organized.
- Self-motivated.
- Flexible.
- Customer oriented.
- Highly professional.
- Lean methodology experience or PM knowledge is a plus.
