BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 6+ years of experience in program or project management
- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
- Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
- Must be able to travel domestically and internationally, as appropriate.

- Identify roadblocks, and present ideal to solve
- Build a proposal of the ideal, high performing team, and review processes that can be improved
- Develop and implement forecasts
- Manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Be able to handle multiple problems simultaneously
- Have excellent problem solving, organizational, interpersonal and motivational skills
- Continuously improve processes and procedures

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent post-secondary degree
- 5+ years of HR Generalist or HRBP experience
- 5+ years of experience in a Talent related COE (Talent Management, Talent / Organizational Development, etc.)
- Consulting experience with external customers
- Ability to diagnose issues and drive appropriate solutions with self-initiative
- Able to deliver results tactically and strategically
- Strong business acumen and ability to integrate HR and business strategies
- Excellent written and verbal communication; high quality document preparation, data visualization, and facilitation skills
- Exceptional listening skills and ability to relate to, influence, and coach employees in various functions and roles
- Ability to work independently, as well as an active member of both business and HR teams
- Ability to refine strategy and gain buy-in by influencing and partnering with different levels of the organization
- Curiosity about the businesses supported and understanding their future
- Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with extreme discretion
- Proven ability to prioritize tasks and to organize workload to ensure that programs are driven as per plan
