The Pricing Operations Team provides administration and support for special prices to Marketing, Sales, and Customer Service personnel. Here, you will make an impact by:- Maintain Deviated and Standard Pricing process- Deviated/Standard Pricing maintenance- Compile, Organize, and Reconcile Data between multiple systems using Excel, SAP, Sales Force and SharePoint.- Document and maintain clear procedures and flowcharts.- Makes suggestions for problem solutions or enhancements.- Provide accurate and timely status of work progress.- Helping to resolve pricing-related Processes.- Report execution and communications with Customer Service, Sales and Marketers.- Your Skills and Expertise- Demonstrate Strong Attention to Detail to ensure accuracy on data reports and processes.- Demonstrated problem solving, reasoning, and analytical skills- Ability to complete repetitive tasks in a timely manner and to keep track of ongoing pending requests- Flexible and detail oriented- Excellent verbal and written communication skills- To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:- Technical degree or higher from an accredited university- Minimum of 1 year combined experience in finance, analytics, pricing, customer service- Experience with excel skills including familiarity with VLOOKUP, macros and pivot tables- Fluent in English (written / verbal) (B2+)- Preferred Qualifications:- 2 years combined experience in finance, analytics, pricing, customer service- Advanced Excel skills, including the ability to build conditional formulas, VLOOKUP's, pivot tables, create macros and manage large data sets.- Experience with Power BI, Salesforce, and Automation tools.- Portuguese is a plus (B2)- Supporting Your Well-being- 3M offers many programs to help you live your best life - both physically and financially.
