Our manufacturing logistics and supply team makes sure that customers and patients have the medicines they need, when they need them. You'll help bring medicines to the world even faster by embracing challenges, imagining what's possible and taking action.
What You Will Achieve
Working with a dynamic team of Logistics and Supply Chain experts, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing mid-to long-term supply chain strategies and networks through a range of activities. You will be accountable for managing supply planning activities to ensure reliable product supply to markets in line with customer service and inventory targets. Leverage digital tools (SAP, Tableau, BOBJ etc) to enhance supply visibility to the markets. Partner with site supply chain team and above site teams (Market, RSL, BSL) and provide optimal supply solutions to demand supply changes. Responsible for supply assurance, scenario analysis, supply prioritization and supporting special projects.
The role requires strong cross-functional collaboration, proactive problem identification and resolution, issue escalation to site planning / AMP teams and effective communication and management of issues and recovery plans to key stakeholders.
Through your comprehensive knowledge of principles, concepts and theories of the discipline, you will also work towards advancing new concepts and methodologies.

How You Will Achieve It
- Supply Planning: Manage and coordinate supply chain activities to ensure reliable product supply to markets consistent with Pfizer objectives, customer service levels and inventory management targets.
- Supply Management: Review high-level supply requirements across full planning horizon; prioritize orders based on market inventory position, SKU segmentation, and site/above site production strategy.
- Data Analytics: Track supply performance vs metrics, analyze demand supply changes, perform scenario analysis, and provide optimal solutions to mitigate supply risks
- Data visualization: Leverage available digital tools (Tableau etc) to effectively summarize the supply performance and optimal supply solutions. Ensure alignment of data across systems and remediate errors.
- PCM: Support/lead completion of product change lifecycle management activities requiring supply input (new launches, line extensions, Artwork changes, discontinuations, loss of exclusivity, etc) securing achievement of business objectives, service levels, costs and working capital requirements.
**Qualifications**:
Must-Have
- 2 to 5 years of experience that includes relevant experience in supply / production / demand planning
- Bachelor's Degree
- English
- Exposure to of ERP systems and reporting tools (E.g. SAP APO, Business Intelligence tools)
- Strong analytical skills
Nice-to-Have
- Master's in supply / logistics / business/engineering
- APICS CPIM or CSCP Certification
- Relevant experience within Pharmaceutical Industry and/or manufacturing and packaging activities
- Exposure to advanced analytics like predictive modelling / algorithm planning
- Exposure to Tableau / BI tools
- Problem solving / decision making: Ability to interpret/ analyze data, draw meaningful conclusions / provide comprehensive solutions
- Networking & collaboration: Build and maintain successful working relationship with others. Appreciate diversity of others
- Strong Oral and written communication skills: Ability to use a variety of communication tools and techniques to explain difficult issues and work to establish consensus
- Influencing / Negotiation skills: Ability to work with cross functional team and influence key stakeholders
