Through your extensive knowledge you will develop and monitor the supply chain strategy with the objective to improve productivity, efficiency and reduce costs while securing high quality material for Pfizer. You will be responsible for overseeing and directing all Supply Chain activities at the site which include but are not limited to Production Planning & Scheduling, Materials Planning & Scheduling, Customer Service, Product Lifecycle Management, Warehousing & Logistics and Dispensing Operations. You will also lead demand/supply planning, inventory management, and life cycle management teams.As a Senior Manager, you will be setting the objectives for multiple projects in your Operating Unit. Your managerial and technical skills will help in guiding the team members. You will manage performance of direct and indirect reports, and support Operating Unit objectives through goal setting, assessment, coaching and performance evaluation of team members. Your understanding of the external marketplace and customer requirements will facilitate in instituting knowledge sharing practices in your team and outside.
