**Job Title**: Labeling Engineer 2
**Job Overview**
Bring your passion and energy into a growing department dedicated to the quality output of product labeling and packaging for Sleep & Respiratory Care(SCR) devices in accordance with GMP's, FDA Regulations, EUMDR, ISO Requirements and Standard Company Operating Procedures
**Responsibilities**
- Provides first line engineering support to ensure production
- Initiates production escalations, executes problem solving related to
Manufacturing processes, tools and equipment
- Prepares, plans and executes Capex projects for repeat equipment
- Obtains and installs repeat equipment at site
- Implements LCM design changes in their site
- Accountable for integrity of Master data
- Identifies and executes improvements in manufacturing processes, tools and
equipment. This for quality and efficiency improvements
- Applies lean manufacturing principles
- Supports and applies new technologies in factories
- Employs equipment, practices, and procedures which promote a healthy,
safe, and secure work environment
- Executes the processes and standards with embedded quality into the way of
working including adherence to compliance with safety, Cost regulatory
- and
environmental requirements as well as local laws, Philips General Business
principles and other policies - Defines, executes and controls validation activities in LCM.
- Performs technical analysis and participates in feasibility studies.
- Driving current state and future state roadmap factory/VSM.
- Operations involvement in PDLM by providing input into manufacturing
requirements and gate reviews
- Responsible for the performance of processes, tools and equipment after
project hand-over is completed (catching)
- Provides expert support in outsourced product industrialization and change
Implementation
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- Intermediate/Advanced English level
- 4 to 5 years of Medical device - Label graphic design experience
- Understanding of labeling requirements & labeling standards like ISO 15223
- Knowledge of Regulatory standards (FDA, EU** MDR**, Japan, Canada, ISO standards) is preferred
- Create / Update labels, including label template creation
- Experience in redlining labels as per the requirements
- Experience in labeling software's - Enlabel, Leankit, Xiam, Illustrator, Loftware Spectrum
- Label proofreading experience
- Experience in releasing labels in PLM systems like Windchill
- Project management experience is preferred
