You will be the main liaison between all functions engaged in the project and will play a key role in ensuring that client requirements are met successfully.

**Responsibilities**:
**Project Planning and Defining the Scope**:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project objectives, scope, and success criteria, ensuring alignment with clients' requirements and learning goals.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, tasks, resource allocation, and budget estimates.
- Conduct feasibility assessments and risk analyses to identify potential issues and develop contingency plans.
**Project Execution and Monitoring**:
- Lead project teams and ensure adherence to project plans, and quality standards.
- Monitor project progress, track key performance indicators, and implement corrective actions as needed to keep the project on track.
- Ensures project budget tracking and payment milestones achievement.
- Maintain project documentation, including risk registers, issue logs, change requests, and lessons learned.
**Stakeholder Management**:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with project stakeholders, including clients, executives, team members, and vendors.
- Manage stakeholder expectations, ensuring clear and consistent communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Conduct regular status meetings, presentations, and reports to update stakeholders on project progress, milestones, and risks.
**Project Closure and Evaluation**:
- Ensure the successful delivery of project outcomes within the agreed-upon timeframes and quality standards.
- Conduct project reviews and evaluations to identify lessons learned, best practices, and areas for improvement.
- Assist with learning impact measurement and dashboards development for both internal stakeholders and client.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in project management, business administration, or a related field.
- 7 plus years of experience in IT, Learning and Development, Digital Transformation, including more than three years as a project manager planning, executing, and monitoring complex projects within specified timelines and budgets
- Strong project management skills, including planning, organizing, and executing projects and certification in project management.
- Deep knowledge of instructional design principles and adult learning principles, as well as experience in developing various types of learning content.
- Proficient verbal and written English language.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven mindset to measure project outcomes and drive continuous improvement.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Eye for detail and strong problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
