TD ATA Central Automation Operations team is looking for an Operations Support Technician. This individual will have the opportunity to learn a variety of technical and manufacturing skills, from operations to computing equipment repair and troubleshooting, in a demanding and challenging production environment. In this position you will be providing first-line support for factory Automation issues for all TD factories in Chandler Arizona, and Hillsboro Oregon.
**Your responsibilities will include but not limited to**:
- Providing necessary support to integrate and test computer environment systems. Helps the team to drive operational improvements and publishes reports on Key Performance Indicators (Service targets, Customer satisfaction, etc.).
- Collaborates and interacts with end users, Factory Business partners, L3 Developers, and other members of the support teams to ensure best support practices are implemented.
- Supports investigations and resolves production issues, configures, and codes simple data fixes, and performs other operational tasks.
**Multiple shift schedules available.**
- Shift hours include Compressed Work Week (CWW) or Modified Shift 1 (four 10 hour shifts).
- Shift hours will align with existing Oregon (PST Time Zone) shift schedules.
- Effectively communicate (written and verbal) with team members, customers, stakeholders.
- Willingness to work in a dynamic environment.
- Analytics and problem-solving skills to communicate complex data in a simple, actionable way.
- Proactive mindset, willing to handle ambiguity and manage crisis situations in a complex, fast-paced, results oriented environment.
**Qualifications**:
Experience listed below would be obtained through a combination of your schoolwork/classes/research and/or relevant previous job and/or internship experiences.
**Minimum qualifications,**
You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position:
- 6+ months of experience in Technical Service Desk, including Ticketing, data management, etc.
- Advanced English Level.
**Preferred qualifications,**
- 2+ years of experience in manufacturing or automation systems.
- 3+ years of equivalent military training in Mechanics Electronics / Avionics / Automotive Mechanics / Maintenance / EOD / Equipment / Repairers / Systems / Technician / Sonar Training or Construction related trades.
