**Your role**
You'll be responsible for the successful delivery of day-to-day team operations ensuring achievement of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)and high quality service of customer transactions.
Your duties will include the following:
- First point of referral for consultation, advice and shared learning within the team.
- Tracks and reports on daily/monthly payment activity.
- Regular review of processes and departmental structure and planning to accommodate the future growth of business.
- Conduct regular team meetings, maintains and improves motivation of all team members.
- Develops and maintains effective training plans to ensure continuity of service levels and regulatory requirements.
- Responsible for supporting the onboarding of new team members.
- Contributes to daily processing of a large volume of electronic payments and conducts banking investigations related to transaction processing.
You'll ideally have the following:
- Minimum of 4-5 years of experience within the financial services or payments industry.
- Previous supervisory experience preferred.
- Proven track record of moderately complex problem solving and decision making ability.
- Strong communication skills.
- Fluency in English is mandatory.
