**Your Role and Responsibilities**
- Leads & assists with strategic core KS (Knowledge Services) initiatives, which impacts assigned practice area.
- Conversant & articulate in the key benefits of the Lighthouse (IBM Platform), Spaces, Channels, content acquisition & desired knowledge sharing behaviours.
- Drives an increase in knowledge sharing adoption for client facing practitioners, surfacing quarterly Inspirational Stories.
- Conducts Quarterly Knowledge Sharing Health Check for each Accelerated Practice & implements.

Presents additional metrics, analysis, and recommendations to the Business Leaders/delegates.
- Drives the implementation and successful continuing use of Lighthouse (IBM Platform) Slackbot in the Practice Slack Channels.
- Drives business leader and stakeholder buy-in and sponsorship to the business benefits of Spaces and Channels.
- Drives continuous knowledge sharing, adoption and awareness in the Practice as measured by KS points report.
- Ensures the seamless and consistent Content+ offering linkage is available in Spaces and Channels
- Engages with Practice Leaders to ensure availability of reusable documents aligned by Offerings for each Geo.
- Responsible for content quality & curation in Practice Spaces, ensuring this is reflective of business priorities & leader requirements.
- Has an ownership of all assigned Practice/IU contributions - direct and acquired, ensuring quality, and eliminating low usage documents through the archiving process.
- Identifies content requirements and content gaps in coordination with the Practice Lead and BSL, producing a KS strategy and high-level plan to capture quality content.
- Drives the effort to acquire of the "best of the best" practice and account documentation for sales accelerators and project deliverables.
Aligned with priority practice offerings.
- Ensures priority content is clearly visible in Lighthouse Practice Spaces and Channels.
Driving the promotion of new priority content and ensuring leaders/SMEs highlight these reusable documents to the Practice.
- Engage stakeholders to achieve the business and KS objectives as envisioned.
- Work closely with different KS teams such as KS Content & Channel Optimization, KS Content & Management, KS Adoption & Enablement, KS Content Design & Development, KS Content + Lead, KS Strategy, Content & Channel Enablement, and L1 Support teams to fulfill the overall KS objectives.
**Required Technical and Professional Expertise**
- Excellent oral and written communication skills (preferably in business and content writing) along stakeholder management.
- Proactive and self-motivated.
- Strong Analytical and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent Knowledge of MS Office.
- Exposure to Knowledge Sharing/Management is desirable.
- Strong Consulting and Analytical Skills.
- Ability to work with mínimal guidance, supervision and yet deliver results.
- Problem solving - logical and analytical approach - and negotiation skills.
- Create, analyze, organize and implementations of data: metrics, benchmarking, KPIs.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Self-starter and able to work independently from a remote location.
- Exposure to social media is desirable.
- Ability to understand project deliverables and link them to the overall project objective.
**Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise**
- Graduate/post-graduate with experience in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications is desirable.
