- ** Your Role **:The KNGS site general manager is responsible for the strategic and operational management of the KNGS site in scope.
The incumbent is responsible for developing and implementing strategy for KNGS in line with the overall company strategy.
He/she needs to ensure the business performance of the country by holding the KNGS management accountable for achievement of business plans and taking corrective actions where necessary.
- ** Your Responsibilities**:
- +In this role, you report directly to the Global Head, Shared Service Centers, (Sgi MF-SC) and
- will have interaction with the Regional Manager.
- + In this role you will work closely with the National Management team to drive the business and
- collaborate on the KNGS country strategy and focus;
- + You will work closely with the Regional Product heads;
- + You will build relations with business processes owners (BUs and FUs) to ensure service
- excellence.
**Your responsibilities**
+ To create and monitor the annual budget, initiate corrective measures in case of deviations.
+ To be responsible for the P&L in the site and ensures the cost plus pricing is in place as per the
financial guidelines To promote customer relations, acquire new business and develop the
customer management strategy for the KNGS;
+ To develop and communicate the strategy for achieving the organization goals with the broad
actions needed to implement it;
+ To strive towards leading and developing the leadership in the KNGS;
+ To be in charge of the facility, office and plans capacity in line with the BU offshoring strategies;
+ To plan, communicate and implement the Future of Work strategy in the country as per global
guidelines;
+ To Follows the global GS governance framework to ensure this is being implemented;
+ To make sure recovery and local contingency plans are in place and tested on a regular basis
+ To ensure world-class support is given to all business units in terms of HR, finance, QHSE
activities;
+ To be accountable for a market conform salary structure following the GS job classification
model;
**Your Skills and Experiences**:
- + Minimum 5 years' experience in a leadership role, preferably as a National or Branch
- Manager.
- + Great Leadership and communication skills
- + Analytical and strategic business skills
- + Stakeholder management
- + Negotiation Skills
