** Your Role **:The Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Developer will collaborate with other RPA Developers and Business Analysts to deliver simple to complex automation solutions that solve key business challenges and increase the company's overall process efficiency automating manual and repetitive processes allowing the organization to focus on value added tasks.

** Your Responsibilities **:+ Be part of a global team.
+ Get Business Units' teams on board with automation by displaying automated processes and tool capabilities.
+ Create communication channels with BU, for ongoing processes, new opportunities, and follow-ups.
+ With the knowledge of the Software tools and existing software systems, determine if a process request is feasible or not.
+ Create documentation necessary to implement and maintain the process.
+ Conduct the stages of Development, testing and Implementation following a Scrum/Agile approach, with constant and close communication with BU counterparts.
Also keep a proactive focus and continuously look for ways/tools to improve processes.
+ Monitor production performance and make necessary adjustments to maximize robot uptime and utilization.
+ After production deployment, the team is responsible for taking care of change request from the users, bug fixing and versioning.
**Your Skills and Experiences**:
+ Bachelor Degree on Computer Science or IT related major is a plus.
+ Fluid English communication.
+ 2 years of Robotic Process Automation Experience (RPA).
+ UIPath Certified.
Is a plus
+ Programming\Development experience in React, SQL and Python is a plus.
+ Experience working on agile environments.
+ Proven record with process analysis, design, and implementation; business and technical requirements; problem solving; and system(s) testing, including UAT and bug fixes.
+ Desirable Shared Service Center process and logistics business experience.
