Your Role The Road Logistics Specialist is responsible for ensuring the proper tracking of road freight in the United States.

+ Provide customer service either by telephone or electronically.
+ Good communications skills.
+ Be proactive to anticipate problems with the process handled.
+ Achieve productivity and quality.
The schedule we offer Monday to Friday 6:00am to 3:00pm 100% on-site Your Skills and Experiences + High school diploma.
+ Intermediate/Advanced English level – written and oral.
+ Intermediate Excel level.
+ Typing skills (25wpm).
+ Able to do overtime and/or work on holidays.
+ Team Player.
