** Your Role**: The IT Manager will be responsible for leading the information technology strategy of the company, ensuring alignment with the organization's mission and business objectives. This role involves overseeing the company's technology infrastructure across all offices, leading the IT team, and ensuring data security and operational efficiency through the implementation of advanced technology solutions.
** Your Responsibilities**:
- + Develop and implement IT strategies that align with the business goals.

**Your Skills and Experiences**: + At least bachelor's degree in computer science or relevant field
+ A minimum of 10 years of experience in IT roles, with at least 5 years in a leadership position.
+ Proven experience in managing technology infrastructures and large-scale IT projects.
+ Deep knowledge of IT security practices, data management, and relevant legislation.
+ Ability to innovate and adapt to changing business needs and technological landscapes.
+ Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
+ Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
+ Ability to think strategically and execute tactically.
+ Experience in the logistics and freight forwarding industry is highly desirable.
+ Project Management experience.
+ Advanced English level - written and oral
