** Your Role**: The IT Manager will be responsible for leading the information technology strategy of the company, ensuring alignment with the organization's mission and business objectives. ** Your Responsibilities**:

**Your Skills and Experiences**: + At least bachelor's degree in computer science or relevant field
+ A minimum of 10 years of experience in IT roles, with at least 5 years in a leadership position.
+ Proven experience in managing technology infrastructures and large-scale IT projects.
+ Deep knowledge of IT security practices, data management, and relevant legislation.
+ Ability to innovate and adapt to changing business needs and technological landscapes.
+ Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
+ Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
+ Ability to think strategically and execute tactically.
+ Experience in the logistics and freight forwarding industry is highly desirable.
+ Project Management experience.
+ Advanced English level - written and oral
