** Your Role**: The HR Process Specialist fully understands assigned processes and is capable of improving them. Researches, analyzes and recommends improvements.
** Your Responsibilities**:
- + Creation of W.I. and Flow Chart for new processes and Maintenance of W.I. and Flow Chart for existing processes.
+ Perform process mapping (all stages except task classification).
+ Identify areas where different operations cross.
+ Identify where the demand of working might not be properly balance with staff quantity.
+ Identify improvement opportunities.
+ Develop of Improvement Projects (includes handling over the department control of actions to continue with improvement).
+ Fully understand respective process metrics (quality and productivity) for improvement projects, process mapping, etc.
+ Be part of the team appointed to respond the Tips received.
+ Always be updated regarding process changes and updates.
+ Attend to departmental meetings regarding CI topics.
The schedule we offer:
Monday to Friday 6:00am to 3:00pm or 7:45am to 4:45pm
**Your Skills and Experiences**:
+ High school diploma.
+ Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or in careers related to the company business is desirable.
+ Experience as a Process Specialist is desirable.
+ Advanced English level - written and oral.
+ Intermediate Excel level.
+ Able to do overtime and/or work on holidays.
+ Team Player.
