Your Role The Hosted Services Delivery Specialist is responsible for supporting the creation, updating and review of customer information on the company's platforms.

+ Attend to training.
+ Provide customer service either by telephone or electronically.
+ Good communications skills.
+ Be proactive to anticipate problems with the process handled.
+ Achieve productivity and quality.
The schedule we offer: Monday to Friday 7:45am to 4:45pm 100% on-site Your Skills and Experiences + High school diploma.
+ Intermediate English level – written and oral.
+ Intermediate Excel level.
+ Typing skills (25wpm).
+ Able to do overtime and/or work on holidays.
+ Team Player.
