** Your Role**: The Finance Specialist is responsible for entering customer invoices into the company's systems for payment.
** Your Responsibilities**: + Learn how to develop the processes into the company system, properly.

+ Attend to training.

+ Provide customer service either by telephone or electronically.

+ Good communications skills.

+ Be proactive to anticipate problems with the process handled.

+ Achieve productivity and quality.

+ The schedule we offer: Monday to Friday 7:45am to 4:45pm 100% on-site

**Your Skills and Experiences**:

- + High school diploma.
- + Intermediate English level - written and oral.
- + Intermediate Excel level.
- + Typing skills (25wpm).
- + Able to do overtime and/or work on holidays.
- + Team Player.
