Your Role The Finance Specialist is responsible for entering customer invoices into the company's systems for payment.
Your Responsibilities + Learn how to develop the processes into the company system, properly.+ Attend to training.+ Provide customer service either by telephone or electronically.+ Good communications skills.+ Be proactive to anticipate problems with the process handled.+ Achieve productivity and quality.+ The schedule we offer: Monday to Friday 7:45am to 4:45pm 100% on-site Your Skills and Experiences + High school diploma.+ Intermediate English level – written and oral.+ Intermediate Excel level.+ Typing skills (25wpm).+ Able to do overtime and/or work on holidays.+ Team Player.
