- + Learn how to develop the processes into the company system, properly.- + Attend to training.
- + Provide customer service either by telephone or electronically.
- + Good communications skills.
- + Be proactive to anticipate problems with the process handled.
- + Achieve productivity and quality.Work schedule: Monday to Friday 6:00am - 3:00pm (on-site)

**Your Skills and Experiences**:

- + High school diploma.- + Intermediate English level - written and oral.
- + Intermediate Excel level.
- + Typing skills (21wpm).
- + Able to do overtime and/or work on holidays.
- + Team Player.
