** Your Role**: The Finance Specialist updates and creates customers and suppliers in the systems so that their information is always truthful and accurate. All necessary documentation must be verified to be complete and correctly submitted to subsequently enter into the system and create or update the customer/supplier.
** Your Responsibilities**: + Learn how to develop the processes into the company system, properly.

+ Attend to training.

+ Provide customer service either by telephone or electronically.

+ Good communications skills.

+ Be proactive to anticipate problems with the process handled.

+ Achieve productivity and quality.

+ The schedule we offer: Monday to Friday 7:45am to 4:45pm 100% on-site

**Your Skills and Experiences**:

- + High school diploma.
- + Intermediate English level - written and oral.
- + Intermediate Excel level.
- + Typing skills (25wpm).
- + Able to do overtime and/or work on holidays.
- + Team Player.
