JOB DESCRIPTION If you wish to further develop your career with one of the most successful logistics organization, this is an excellent opportunity to join our team.Your Role Air Logistics Specialist Quick support local team and USA control towers to confirm priority packages information within logistics chain.Your Responsibilities + Responsible for data accuracy: analyzing, checking, preparing, adjusting/correcting, and entering correct data.+ Request package information to vendors and/or carriers, mostly by calls or internet tracking.+ Follow up issues and escalate accordingly.+ Execution of tasks in internal systems based on documentation/instructions.+ Ability to easily read the documentation and seek the information on them.+ When needed, decision making in case of task exceptions.+ Work closely with superiors and teammates to deliver high level of service to our customers.+ Daily communication with KN Colleagues via chat, email or phone in order to clarify exceptions/ mismatches/issues.The schedule we offer:Sunday to Thursday 6:00am to 3:00pm (Off Friday and Saturday) on-site Your Skills and Experiences + High school diploma.+ Advance English level – written and oral.+ Intermediate Excel level.+ Ability to work with demanding deadlines.+ Proven analytical and problem solving skills.+ Detail oriented.+ Team work.+ Effective communicator.+ Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.+ Eager to challenges and learn a new process.+ Schedule flexibility.Good Reasons to Join We offer competitive compensation, a comprehensive benefits package, employee discounts, tuition reimbursement, excellent training programs and a highly dynamic global work environment.
