** Your Role **:This position plays a key role in compile, analyze, and prepare data and converts billing accounts into an upload form for timely billing.
** Your Responsibilities**:
+Responsible for data accuracy: analyzing, checking, preparing, adjusting/correcting and entering correct data in QuicTrac.
+Conduct daily analysis of billing details to ensure accuracy.
+Convert billing accounts into Revenue care tools.
+Collaborate with the GSC RCC Team to develop efficient reporting strategies.
+Maintaining communications with account managers to chase an outstanding billing.
+Decision making in case of task exceptions.
+Perform Billing projects and tasks as required.
+The schedule we offer: Monday to Friday 6:00am to 3:00pm WFH Hybrid
**Your Skills and Experiences**:
+At least High School diploma.
+Strong problem-solving ability, advanced in MS Excel and able to handle large sets of data, ability to think creatively about challenging problems.
+Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish.
+Proven ability to build strong relationships with internal and external customers.
+Ability to self-manage, juggle multiple priorities, and pay strong attention to details.
+Must be able to deal with high pressure situations and deadlines.
