** Your Role**: Air Logistics Specialist Quick support local team and USA control towers to confirm priority packages information within logistics chain.
** Your Responsibilities**:
- + Responsible for data accuracy: analyzing, checking, preparing, adjusting/correcting, and entering correct data.
+ Request package information to vendors and/or carriers, mostly by calls or internet tracking.
+ Follow up issues and escalate accordingly.
+ Execution of tasks in internal systems based on documentation/instructions.
+ Ability to easily read the documentation and seek the information on them.
+ When needed, decision making in case of task exceptions.
+ Work closely with superiors and teammates to deliver high level of service to our customers.
The schedule we offer:
Thursday to Monday 3:00pm a 11:00pm (Off Tuesday and Wednesday)
**Your Skills and Experiences**:
- + High school diploma.
+ Advance English level - written and oral.
+ Intermediate Excel level.
