** Your Role **:Air Logistics Specialist Quick support local team and USA control towers to confirm priority packages information within logistics chain.
** Your Responsibilities **:+ Responsible for data accuracy: analyzing, checking, preparing, adjusting/correcting, and entering correct data.
+ Request package information to vendors and/or carriers, mostly by calls or internet tracking.
+ Follow up issues and escalate accordingly.
+ Execution of tasks in internal systems based on documentation/instructions.
+ Ability to easily read the documentation and seek the information on them.
+ When needed, decision making in case of task exceptions.
+ Work closely with superiors and teammates to deliver high level of service to our customers.

Monday to Friday 6:00am to 3:00pm (Off Saturday and Sunday)
Monday to Friday 3:00pm to 11:00pm (Off Saturday and Sunday)
Monday to Friday 11:00pm to 6:00am (Off Saturday and Sunday)
Tuesday to Saturday 3:00pm to 11:00pm (Off Sunday and Monday)
Thursday to Monday 3:00pm to 11:00pm (Off Tuesday and Wednesday)
Friday to Tuesday 6:00am to 3:00pm (Off Wednesday and Thursday)
Friday to Tuesday 3:00pm to 11:00pm (Off Wednesday and Thursday)
Friday to Tuesday 11:00pm to 6:00am (Off Wednesday and Thursday)
**Your Skills and Experiences **:+ High school diploma.
