** Your Role**: The Produce Invoice Specialist is responsible for invoicing the final customer, taking into account the cost of moving the freight, the financial agreements or quotations with the customer, the needs of the branches and all the financial details involved in collecting the money.
** Your Responsibilities**:

- + Learn how to develop the processes into the company system, properly.
+ Attend to training.
+ Provide customer service either by telephone or electronically.
+ Good communications skills.
+ Be proactive to anticipate problems with the process handled.
+ Achieve productivity and quality.
+ The schedule we offer: Tuesday to Saturday 7:45am to 4:45pm 100% on-site

**Your Skills and Experiences**:

- + High school diploma.
+ A career in logistics or related experience is a plus.
+ Intermediate English level - written and oral.
+ Intermediate Excel level.
+ Typing skills (25wpm).
+ Able to do overtime and/or work on holidays.
+ Quality oriented.
+ Team Player.
