** Your Role **:This role will provide support to the NAM and SCA regions by analyzing and resolving support tickets, also will identify areas of necessary improvement. Actively participate in regional meetings and projects such as testing of the new releases that will directly or indirectly impact to Air Logistics Staff.
** Your Responsibilities**:
The main goal of this role is to solve tickets escalated by First Level Support, introduce and promote new functional ideas to the Global Airfreight Systems Team. Promote continues improvement projects and initiatives, also, optimize, simplify, or automate processes in order to minimize human errors.
Expand usage of system functionalities and features by Introducing new functional ideas and driving sustainable process updates. Align or request if required, local setups with the respective geographic RAC's and Act as the communication conduit between KN GS HER and the Global Airfreight Systems Team.
**Your Skills and Experiences**:
+Bachelor's Degree in IT or any related field is Preferred.
+Advanced expertise in methods and tools to collaborate and visualize.
+Preferably with experience in customer service & effective communication.
+Ability to understand and interpret business processes.
+Advanced knowledge of KN Air Logistics systems.
+?2-3 years in KN experience organization-Preferred.
+2-5 years minimum in Air Logistics knowledge-Minimum.
+English level advanced.
