** Your Role**: Reporting Specialist develops, maintains an automate all reports, dashboards and KPIs to guide strategic decisions.
** Your Responsibilities**: + Manage business reporting end-to-end, including preparation and editing of documents scheduling meetings, and any follow-up.

+ Understand the internal customer needs and provide the necessary reporting solutions.

+ Develop and edit key documents to ensure they meet company and expectations.

+ Develop and implement advanced data analysis, data analytics, and solutions that support the business needs.

+ Developing and managing relationships with internal customers (on-site and other KN Locations).

+ Work with BU, Managers, stakeholders, and executive leadership to prioritize business and information needs.

+ Define, articulate, and create solutions that help make data interpretation and relationship identification manageable across many different data sources.

+ Locate, define, propose, and implement continuous improvement opportunities.

+ Ensure accuracy and alignment of data.

+ The schedule we offer: Monday to Friday 7:00am to 4:00pm on-site

**Your Skills and Experiences**: + Preferred bachelor's degree in related field or the equivalent in experience.

+ Experience in data analyst roles

+ Knowledge of Tableau, Power BI, SAP Business Intelligence Object, Python.

+ Advanced English level - written and oral.

+ Advanced Excel Level.

+ Organized

+ Goal oriented

+ Team work

+ Proactive

+ Analytical skills
