** Your Role**: This role will provide support to the NAM and SCA regions by analyzing and resolving support tickets, also will identify areas of necessary improvement. Actively participate in regional meetings and projects such as testing of the new releases that will directly or indirectly impact to Air Logistics Staff.
** Your Responsibilities**:

- + Solving tickets thru the company's systems.
+ Participate in system's implementations.
+ Bring support in "Go Live".
+ Identify problems.
+ Testing.
+ Systems and processes development ideas.
+ Other related to the role.
+ The schedule we offer: Monday to Friday 7:45am to 4:45pm 100% on-site

**Your Skills and Experiences**: + More than 6 months in the company.

+ Proactive, analytical, and willing to learn.

+ Knowledge in Salog.

+ Excellent client service.

+ Intermediate - Advanced English level.

+ Intermediate Excel level.
