Your Role The Air Logistics Specialist is responsible for generating and notifying the document required by the branch, in order to proceed with the delivery of the cargo.
Your Responsibilities + Learn how to develop the processes into the company system, properly.+ Attend to training.+ Provide customer service either by telephone or electronically.+ Good communications skills.+ Be proactive to anticipate problems with the process handled.+ Achieve productivity and quality.+ The schedule we offer: Monday to Friday 10:00am to 7:00pm 100% on-site Your Skills and Experiences + High school diploma.+ Experience in logistics is required.+ Intermediate English level – written and oral.+ Intermediate Excel level.+ Typing skills (25wpm).+ Able to do overtime and/or work on holidays.+ Quality oriented.+ Team Player.
